Karishma joined Horizon Landscape Company in 2015, bringing over 16 years of experience in Marketing and Business Management. A graduate of Rutgers Business School with a BS in Marketing, Karishma’s passion for business operations has grown with market changes and trends. With 11 years of experience in the Green Industry and prior experience owning her own business, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Business Operations.
In her position, Karishma oversees and manages business operations, including leading the Sales team to achieve strategic business objectives. She also spearheads marketing efforts, developing, implementing, and refining strategies to drive company growth. Additionally, Karishma manages the administrative team, ensuring seamless coordination and support across departments.

In addition to working, Karishma is also passionate about spending time with family, cooking, working out, reading, and performing ministry work.
